Ceres (TYO:3696) said its consolidated subsidiary studio15 has launched support services for TikTok Shop in Japan, coinciding with the platform's official domestic rollout, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Studio15, which manages over 300 creators, received three partner certifications from TikTok: Shop Partner (TSP), Affiliate Partner (TAP), and Creator Agency Partner (CAP). The move builds on Ceres' vertically integrated strategy combining media, affiliate, and D2C operations.
