SIMPPLE Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2025. Shareholders approved all proposals submitted by the Board of Directors. The confirmation of the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, was approved. The appointment of Audit Alliance LLP as the independent auditor until the next AGM was also approved, with the Board of Directors delegated to fix the remuneration. All nominated Board of Directors, including Mr. Lee Soon Sze Kelvin as Chairman, were re-elected.
