Vibrant Group Extends Deadline for Changi Property Disposal

Vibrant Group (SGX:BIP) said the sale of its property at 47 Changi South Avenue 2 will not be completed on time as JTC approvals are still pending, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The vendor and purchaser have agreed to extend the deadline to secure the approvals from June 30 to Aug. 31.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent trading.
