On July 4, 2025, Langfang Tonghui Education Consulting Co., Ltd., acting as vendor under the instruction of Tongrui, signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement $(SPA.UK)$ with Langfang Sanjiasan Education Technology Co., Ltd., the purchaser. The transaction, valued at RMB 18.00 million (approximately HK$19.74 million), involves a property located in Oriental University City, Langfang Development Zone, Hebei, China. The property includes land use rights for a plot of land with an estimated area of 6,937.20 sq. m. and buildings with a gross floor area of 6,809.31 sq. m. The term of the land use right extends until July 13, 2053. The property is currently free from mortgage or charge. This disposal is part of the company's strategic activities in managing and leasing educational and commercial properties across various countries, including China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Switzerland.
