Pinduoduo and SF Express (HKG:6936) have ended their partnership in Hong Kong as of last month, The Standard reported Wednesday.

Following the change, customers must now select alternative delivery providers, while those with existing orders are advised to await further updates from the company regarding their shipments.

According to The Standard, Pinduoduo's customer service confirmed the termination and advised users to arrange pickups through other logistics partners.

Each affected order will be issued a compensation voucher worth HK$3, the report added.

Orders placed on or before June 30 that were already shipped with an "SF" tracking number will continue to be handled by SF Express until all deliveries are completed, the report said.
