Envirosuite (ASX:EVS) said the Federal Court of Australia ordered a meeting of its shareholders to be held to decide on the company's proposed acquisition by Ideagen EVS BidCo, a unit of UK-based software provider Ideagen, through a scheme of arrangement, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The scheme meeting is scheduled for Aug. 1, the filing said.

The company's board recommends shareholders vote in favor of the scheme, subject to the absence of a superior proposal and an independent expert's conclusion that it is in the best interests of shareholders, the filing added.

Shares of the company rose past 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
