Jet.AI Inc. and Consensus Core Technologies Inc. have announced the execution of a definitive agreement to develop a phased hyperscale data center campus in Midwestern Canada. This strategic initiative aims to address critical infrastructure shortages in the expanding AI market by leveraging Canada's low-cost energy resources. Jet.AI will contribute up to $20 million USD to the joint venture, securing a 17.5% equity interest and additional stakes upon meeting development milestones. The project plans to utilize stranded and underpriced energy, along with the naturally cool Canadian climate, to efficiently power and cool AI servers, ultimately targeting an initial capacity of 500MW.
