0227 GMT - The Reserve Bank of New Zealand's policy meeting on July 9 is shaping up to be a close call, but on balance, ANZ thinks the central bank will keep the official cash rate unchanged at 3.25%. From there, a cautious pace of cuts will ensue, with 25 basis point reductions in August and November, and a third cut in February, taking the OCR to 2.50%, says Sharon Zollner, ANZ's chief economist in New Zealand. Recent data has clearly suggested a meaningful loss in economic momentum, while near-term CPI signals have been mixed, she adds. (james.glynn@wsj.com; @JamesGlynnWSJ)
