Critica (ASX:CRI) appointed Jacob Deysel as chief executive officer, effective July 15, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Deysel was previously the CEO and Managing Director of Mineral Commodities (ASX:MRC).

Interim CEO Stuart Owen will step down from his role on the same date, the filing said.
