iFast (SGX:AIY) granted 2,312,900 share awards at SG$6.75 per share under its performance share plan, according to a late Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the digital banking company were down nearly 1% in Friday trade.
About one-third of the awards will vest two years from the grant date, while the remaining two-thirds will vest three years from the grant date.
