Lerøy Seafood Group ASA has released its trading update for the second quarter of 2025, reporting a total harvest volume of salmon and trout at 48,900 GWT, marking a significant increase from the 36,700 GWT recorded in the same quarter of 2024. This growth is observed across all regions, with Lerøy Aurora contributing 11.1 GWT, up from 5.1 GWT, Lerøy Midt at 16.9 GWT compared to 15.7 GWT, and Lerøy Sjøtroll producing 20.9 GWT, of which 9.8 GWT was trout, compared to 15.9 GWT and 5.3 GWT trout in the previous year. In terms of wild fish catch volumes, Lerøy Havfisk reported a slight decrease with 17.7 thousand tonnes in Q2 2025, down from 17.8 thousand tonnes in Q2 2024, including a decrease in cod catch from 1.5 to 1.2 thousand tonnes.
