The transaction entails the disposal of properties located in the Complex Building at No. 88 Fenghuang Avenue, Fenghuang West Road, Fenghuang She Longjin Town, Anyi County, Nanchang, China. The sale and purchase agreement, received on July 3, 2025, involves the Vendor, Jiangxi Xinhaojing Industrial Development Company Limited, a subsidiary indirectly owned by Skyfame Realty, and the Purchaser, Xiong Shijian. The total consideration for the transaction is RMB16 million. The agreement also includes the transfer of the right to use the office area on the second floor of the Complex Building. This move is part of Skyfame Realty's ongoing efforts to restructure its holdings.
