Ausnutria Dairy (HKG:1717) Chief Financial Officer Wang Wensong resigned effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Yang Ruijie, previously a financial management department general manager at Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group (SHA:600887), will succeed Wang as CFO at the milk company.
