Native Mineral Resources (ASX:NMR) said it expects the first gold pour at the Blackjack project in Queensland next week, with remnant material recovered during commissioning activities, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Dry commissioning started in all processing areas, with completion expected next week, while wet commissioning is progressing across circuits, set to be completed this month, the filing said.
Additionally, drill and blast activities have started at the site, and starter pit mine design and scheduling are complete, with final reviews underway for the environmental authority amendment submission this month, per the filing.
The company's shares were down almost 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
