1452 ET - The Dow Jones Transportation Average is up 3% following Senate passage of the Big Beautiful Bill, while the S&P 500 is flat. Citi analyst Ariel Rosa writes in a research report that the surge indicates "investors believe this bill could finally catalyze demand after a nearly three-year freight recession." Rosa writes the bill could stimulate business investment and "in turn could drive more domestic industrial activity." The top gainers include Ryder System, up nearly 7%; J.B.
