TIME dotCom (KLSE:TIMECOM) appointed Loh Jenkim as the chief executive officer, effective Sept. 23, according to a Malaysian bourse filing on Thursday.

Loh will succeed Afzal Abdul Rahim, who will be redesignated as executive vice chairman on the same date, the telecom company said.
