Building on a collaboration history that dates back to 1992, the two healthcare technology leaders have signed a multi-year agreement aimed at improving patient care. The partnership will see the integration of Medtronic's next-generation technologies into Philips' monitoring solutions, creating a comprehensive offering for healthcare providers. This includes incorporating Medtronic's Nellcor™ pulse oximetry, Microstream™ capnography, and BIS™ brain monitoring into Philips' systems, along with bundling essential supplies like ECG and NIBP. The collaboration intends to empower healthcare professionals with advanced technology to personalize patient care globally, complemented by joint training and education programs.
