The property, serving Illinois State University, was sold by a joint venture between Campus Advantage and Heitman to Jackson Dearborn Partners. The Flats at ISU, completed between 2011 and 2014, offers a range of modern accommodations from studios to four-bedroom apartments, along with amenities such as a fitness center, study spaces, and retail offerings. The sale was managed by JLL's Investment Sales and Advisory team, including Managing Director Scott Clifton, Director Kevin Kazlow, and Associate Jack Goldberger. The property's premier location and high occupancy rates highlight its strong market position, with Illinois State University's growing enrollment contributing to its continued leasing success.
