The project, which is part of MIA's Capital Improvement Program, aims to modernize and enhance the terminal to meet the evolving needs of travelers and improve overall passenger experience. Jacobs is providing a range of services, including passenger experience improvements, security design, and engineering construction management. Key enhancements include expanding the queueing area, raising the ceiling for more natural light, and renovating the curbside façade. The project is scheduled for completion in 2030, and it is expected to significantly boost operational efficiency, passenger comfort, and security at one of the U.S.'s fastest-growing airports.
