Hengdeli (HKG:3389) said Zhang Yu Ping and a firm he controls, Best Growth International, transferred a total of 748,902,047 shares in the company to Fung Ka Kiu Ann, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares, which were transferred on June 23 and 24, represent around 17% of the consumer goods retailer's issued share capital.
