USP Group's (SGX:BRS) indirect subsidiary, Supratechnic (M), entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Hangzhou Hidea Power Machinery to distribute the latter's range of outboard motors, parts and accessories across Malaysia and Singapore.

Through this collaboration, Supratechnic will further align its market position and broaden its after-sales services and technical expertise, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The partnership also includes co-branded marketing opportunities and participation in marine expos to enhance the company's regional visibility.
