Raffles Education's (SGX:NR7) subsidiary, Oriental University City's (HKG:8067) disposal of a lifestyle commercial building in Hebei, China, to Langfan Sanjiasan Education Technology, has fallen through with the purchaser and vendor, Langfang Tonghui Education Consulting, not reaching the agreed terms to conclude a sale and purchase agreement by June 30.
Total consideration for the disposal was around 19.7 million yuan.
