ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. has disclosed its dealings under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers in relation to the privatisation of ENN Natural Gas Co Ltd by way of a scheme of arrangement. UBS AG, an exempt principal trader connected with the offeree company, reported multiple transactions involving ordinary shares of ENN Natural Gas Co. Ltd. These transactions include the purchase and sale of shares, as well as dealings in derivatives tied to a basket or index. The dealings were conducted in RMB for UBS AG's own account.
