Alcon AG has announced the appointment of Julie M. Brewer to its Executive Leadership Team as Senior Vice President, President, Global Franchises, effective July 9, 2025. Brewer, who has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, will focus on strategy, portfolio management, product development, and product launch preparations for Alcon's Surgical and Vision Care businesses. Prior to joining Alcon, Brewer held leadership roles at Baxter International and Medtronic. She will be based in Fort Worth, Texas.
