1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Ltd. has announced the disposal of its restaurant business under the Akanoshou brand located in Causeway Bay. The transaction involves the sale of assets that resulted in net losses of HK$5.3 million and HK$8.0 million for the years ended 31 December 2024 and 2023, respectively. The assets include property, plant, and equipment with impairment loss provisions of approximately HK$2.1 million and HK$2.2 million for the same periods. The purchaser is ultimately owned by Mr. Chui Sang Derek, a Hong Kong permanent resident and experienced investor.
