Goldstream Investment (HKG:1328) entered into a non-binding strategic cooperation memorandum with AnchorX, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Goldstream Investment shares rocketed 350% on Tuesday.

Under the memorandum, the parties will cooperate on cross-border payments and trade, stablecoin application case expansion, digital asset trading and management, and Blockchain Technology and FinTech Investments.

The potential cooperation will help the multi-asset investment company diversify its investment portfolio and bridge the gap between traditional finance and high-growth Web3 and crypto markets.
