XCF Global Inc. has announced a production update from its New Rise Reno facility, emphasizing the successful production of synthetic aviation fuel (SAF), renewable diesel, and renewable naphtha during its initial ramp-up phase. Since the start of commercial operations in February 2025, the facility has produced over 2.5 million gallons of renewable fuels. This milestone highlights the plant's capability to deliver low-carbon fuels to the market, fulfilling its role in decarbonizing the aviation industry. The ramp-up process is crucial for new fuel facilities, as it involves optimizing production from initial test runs to full, nameplate capacity. New Rise Reno's modular and patent-pending site design, along with its integrated technology stack, allows for flexible production without needing equipment or process modifications. This adaptability enables the facility to pivot between SAF and renewable diesel production, catering to changing market demands. Mihir Dange, Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair of XCF, stated that the production of over 2.5 million gallons of renewable fuels demonstrates the effectiveness of their model and the dedication of their team. The multi-product renewable fuel production mix supports diversification of revenue streams, resilience to market demand shifts, and maximization of plant capacity and economics.
