China Carbon Neutral Development Group (HKG:1372) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Zhonghong Lanhai Animal Husbandry Technology to jointly advance dual-carbon and new energy projects with a planned investment of about 10 billion yuan, according to a Monday bourse filing.

Shares of the company were up about 4% in Tuesday morning trade.

Under the deal, the companies will collaborate on a digital carbon management platform for governments and enterprises, charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, green transportation initiatives, and battery recycling systems.

China Carbon Neutral said the tie-up supports its expansion into dual-carbon markets and is expected to strengthen its energy business and industry footprint.
