Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Ltd. has announced the disposal of 85% of the issued share capital of Alcott Global Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The transaction involves the sale of 85 ordinary shares, with a par value of US$1 each, to Soaring Wealth Ventures Limited, also a BVI business company. The agreed consideration for this transaction is HK$900,000,000. The disposal will be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the agreement between the vendor, Victory Bright Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Hao Tian, and the purchaser.
