Alara Resources Says Infill Gravity Survey at Oman Exploration Concession Defines Additional Target

Alara Resources (ASX:AUQ) said infill gravity survey work defined an additional target at Al Mansur prospect at Block 8 exploration concession in Oman, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

Regional gravimetric survey results have defined at least 3 structural targets at the prospect.

It added that recent rock chip sampling at Al Maider prospect returned copper grades of 7.84%, 4.7%, 2.8%, and 2.7%. The sample results show a strong correlation of copper with an associated structural feature.

An additional 145 ionic leach geochemical samples from the concession will be submitted for analysis, per the filing.
