KKR's (KKR) KKR Capital Markets is among a group of lenders that is arranging 1.75 billion British pounds ($2.38 billion) in debt financing to support the private equity firm's planned acquisition of UK-based precision testing equipment and software maker Spectris, Bloomberg News reported, citing public filings and people familiar with the matter.

The financing includes a 1.5 billion pound term loan and a 250 million pound revolving credit facility, with JPMorgan Chase (JPM), Jefferies, and Credit Agricole among the participating lenders, according to the report.

KKR Capital Markets, JPMorgan and Credit Agricole did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
