** The mining gear provider appoints Vik Bansal as a non-executive director, elects for position of chair elect

** Bansal currently serves as non-executive director of supply chain co Brambles BXB.AX, and chair of LGI Ltd LGI.AX, a renewable energy and carbon abatement co

** YTD, shares of ORI up 22.8%
