- Former UK prime minister Rishi Sunak is set to join Goldman Sachs GS.N as a senior adviser, in his first major role since he resigned as Conservative party leader last year following Labour's landslide general election victory.

- Brookfield Asset Management BAM.TO is set have a more than 20% stake in Sizewell C, making it the largest shareholder after the UK government, and EDF will cut its stake to 12.5%, according to terms close to being finalised with the UK government for its flagship nuclear project.
