Mobavenue Global, a wholly owned UK-based subsidiary of educational services provider Lucent Industries (BOM:539682), will open a new branch office in the UK, according to a BSE filing on Friday.
The new branch will enable direct engagement with clients in the European region and accelerate revenue growth through new business opportunities.
The company's shares were up over 3% in recent trade.
