ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. has announced a disclosure of internal dealings in the shares of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd., as part of a privatisation scheme. Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A., a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror, engaged in transactions involving ordinary shares for hedging purposes. The bank purchased 43,175 shares and sold 25,800 shares on 9 July 2025, as part of wholly unsolicited client-driven orders. These dealings were conducted in RMB and were made for Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A.'s own account.
