Xponential Fitness Inc. has announced a new Retail Supply Agreement with Fit Commerce, effective December 1, 2025. This agreement designates Fit Commerce as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of retail products for Xponential franchisees in the United States and Canada. Additionally, Thirty Three Threads will exclusively supply socks. The agreement aims to enhance Xponential's retail merchandising operations, covering product design, inventory management, and logistics. Fit Commerce is committed to purchasing all products by the effective date and will pay Xponential a minimum of $50 million in domestic commissions over five years. The contract will run until November 30, 2030, with customary warranties and covenants.
