Lodestar Minerals (ASX:LSR) said it will raise AU$500,000 via the issue of 100 million shares at AU$0.005 each, to professional and sophisticated clients of Oakley Capital Partners, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Participants will also receive two option for every three new shares. The options will have an exercise price of AU$0.01 with a four-year expiry from the date of issue, the filing added.
