Santos (ASX:STO) said that Moody's Investors Service and S&P Global Ratings reaffirmed the company's "Baa3" and "BBB-" credit ratings, respectively, both with a stable outlook, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Moody's cited Santos' asset diversity and stable, CPI-linked liquefied natural gas contracts. S&P highlighted its strong cash flow, low gearing, and disciplined cost management.
The company also holds a "BBB" rating with a stable outlook from Fitch, the filing said.
