This acquisition, initially announced on June 9, 2025, includes European's stores located in prime malls in the Greater Toronto Area, known for carrying high-end luxury brands. Jean-Christophe Bédos, President and CEO of Birks Group, expressed enthusiasm about the integration of European into the Birks family, highlighting the complementary nature of the brands.
