AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd. (TYO:4343) said profit attributable to owners of its parent company soared 165% to 145 million yen for the fiscal first quarter, from 54 million yen a year ago.
The company's earnings per share (EPS) rose to 7.37 yen from 2.78 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Net sales increased 7.4% to 21.90 billion yen for the three months ended May 31, from 20.39 billion yen a year earlier.
For the full fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 2026, the company expects an attributable profit of 2.5 billion yen, EPS of 126.42 yen and net sales of 92.2 billion yen.
The company maintains its dividend forecast of 15.00 yen per share for the year-end, with no interim dividend planned.
