Steakholder Foods Prices $2.5 Million Offering of ADSs, Warrants

Steakholder Foods (STKH) said Wednesday that it priced its public offering of about 2.4 million American depositary shares and accompanying warrants to purchase up to the same number of ADSs at $1.05 per pair of ADS and associated warrant for total proceeds of about $2.5 million.

The company said the warrants are exercisable immediately upon issuance at $1.05 per ADS, expiring after five years.

Steakholder Foods expects to close the offering on or about Thursday and said proceeds will be used for additional working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of Steakholder Foods were down more than 9% in recent trading Wednesday.
