GemLife Communities Group (ASX:GLF) completed the acquisition of the initial eight Aliria projects, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The eight projects are expected to add 2,200 sites to the company's portfolio to support its growth, the filing added.
The company said its portfolio now comprises 28 communities and projects, comprising an expected 8,711 homes and sites.
The company expects to acquire four more Aliria projects between late this year and 2031, subject to options and conditional contracts.
