Infosys (NSE:INFY, BOM:500209) has partnered with Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) to modernize its digital infrastructure across a network of around 300 schools, according to a Wednesday filing on the Indian bourses.

The project involves moving MACS' core business systems to the cloud using enterprise software platforms, along with tools for identity and access management, the company said in the filing.

The initiative aims to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and scalability, while laying the groundwork for future generative AI applications in education, it added.
