Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) through Frasers Property North Gem Trustee, renewed a property management agreement with Frasers Property Retail Management for a retail mall, Northpoint City South Wing located at 1 Northpoint Drive, Singapore, for another 12 months.
The trust's manager, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management, deems that the renewal ensures the continuity in the management of the property, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange late Monday.
