Silk Logistics Holdings (ASX:SLH) said DP World Australia informed the firm that DP World Australia received a "no objection" notification from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) regarding the acquisition of 100% of the shares in DP World Australia via a scheme of arrangement, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The acquisition remains subject to certain conditions precedent, including receipt of the required approvals from Silk shareholders and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
