Turning Rock Partners has announced the sale of South Reach Networks, a leading provider of hybrid fiber, colocation, and transport services, to a fund managed by Blue Owl Capital's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Over recent years, South Reach Networks, under the leadership of Michael Sevret, Jason Cohen, and Eileen Bonasia, expanded its colocation and fiber footprint through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Chris Jensen, Managing Director at Blue Owl, expressed enthusiasm for supporting South Reach Networks' expansion across Florida, emphasizing the importance of the Southeast region for their hyperscale customers. The transaction was advised by Winston & Strawn LLP for Turning Rock Partners, with Bank Street Group LLC providing advisory services to South Reach Networks.
