Stocks to Watch: Brighthouse Financial, Data Storage, Victory Capital

Brighthouse Financial is reportedly in talks to be acquired by Aquarian, according to a Wall Street Journal report. Shares gained 10% to $51.90 in after-hours trading Tuesday.

Data Storage said it had agreed to sell its CloudFirst business for $40 million so it can explore new opportunities, including a potential buyback, for its core company. The stock soared 40% to $4.89 after the market closed.

Victory Capital is set to join the S&P Small Cap 600 on Friday. Shares rose 6% to $67.50 after the bell.
