Honeywell (HON) has acquired Nexceris' Li-ion Tamer lithium-ion battery monitoring system for an undisclosed amount, Nexceris said Tuesday.

Li-ion Tamer is designed to detect early signs of lithium-ion battery failure and prevent thermal runaway events, accoding to Nexceris.
