FEG (HKG:1413) appointed Yuen Sing Wai Lester as chief financial officer, effective July 11, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on the same-day.

Shares of the construction services provider remain suspended.

Yuen is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has more than a decade of working experience in the fields of legal, accounting, corporate governance and compliance, FEG said.
