Kunming Yunnei Power (SHE:000903) signed a cooperation agreement with aviation equipment maker Fujian Delong Aviation Technology and Fujian Huamin Lianxin Private Equity Fund Management for the development of drones, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.
The Chinese diesel engine manufacturer's shares dropped less than 5% during Thursday's afternoon trade.
Under the deal, Yunnei Power and Delong Aviation Tech may set up joint ventures for the manufacturing of drone products.
Huamin Lianxin will provide advisory services for industrial investment in potential projects between the parties.
